Korma Pulao is one of the signature dish of the indigenous Assamese Muslim community. This dish is a blend of Mughal and Assamese flavor, where the main ingredient is our aromatic Joha rice. The combination of meat with Joha rice along with other whole spices brings out this unique, mildly flavorful Korma Pulao, which is served on special occasions.
